At PUUR Zwanger, everything revolves around a conscious, well-prepared birth. We work with hypnobirthing: breathing, relaxation, and visualization. Practical, down-to-earth, and warm – for you both.

In small groups of a maximum of 7 couples, so that there is sufficient peace and space for everyone.
